Report your Grievance

According to our policy on stakeholders, a two-way communications channel has been set up for stakeholders and involved parties to express their opinions and report grievances in case they are unfairly treated by Banpu. Chairman and The Secretary of the Corporate Governance and Nomination Committee is designated as the point of contact to receive complaints relating to Corporate Governance and the Code of Conduct from all groups of stakeholders. The Corporate Governance and Nomination Committee reviews the report of complaints every quarter and provides a summary report to The Board of Directors.
